Base Frame: The base frame is made of heavy-duty tubular steel that is welded, precisely machined by gantry milling machine and stress relieved by vibration device,the gantry supports are enhanced so that the foundation remains true and steady over the operational life of the machine.

Water cooling Spindle : Quality 5.5kw water-cooling spindle performs powerfully and stably in machining solid wood, MDF,acrylic, aluminum and plastics,etc. We offers different spindle options which available with 220V-2 Phase-50-60Hz or 220V-3 Phase-50-60Hz or 380V,3Phase-50-60Hz.Series of tools are available,for example, diameter 3.175mm,4mm,6mm,8mm and 12.7mm.

NC Studio Controller: PC based NC Studio Controller with more friendly human&machine interface/HMI,fully executed with computer. It well realizes high-speed and high-precision motion control.Better anti-interference performance due to control signal adopting differential signal input&output,featured as power failure protection function,linear interpolation, circular interpolation, intelligent look-ahead, reverse cutting, backlash compensation, breakpoint memory and block skip, etc.

Stepper Motor: High-power subdivided stepper motor with outstanding wearability and resistance to powerful and fast machining,it offers long-term maintenance-free solution.

Gear Rack : we use precision gear racks,carefully installed and regulated by experienced worker with special purpose instrument ,this assures smooth motion and long term reliability.

Linear Guide: 25MM Linear Guide from THK,it is an ultra-heavy type that achieves a deep grooved raceway with its diameter more approximate to the ball diameter and has high rigidity, vibration and shock resistance, and damping characteristics.Beside,it is mounted on the upper surface of the steel pipe for greater loading bearing and more steady motion.

Contact Roller:They are high strength and wearable rollers which help you to load heavy stone easily.

Aluminum table: we use quality aluminum alloy and can be installed transverse or vertical to facilitate different requirements.

Electric Cabinet: All the electrical components are housed and wired in a mobile,doubled-doored electrical enclosure. This allows for easy access and service when needed. Every wire is tagged so that when service is required, the customer can easily navigate the cabinet.

Photoelectric Limit Switch: Un-touching ,more sensitive and durable than traditional mechanical switch,maintenance-free for long term use.

Central Lubricator: Easier to lubricate the Guid units regularly,just pull it gently and oil will go when it is needed.

Foot Pads:Foot Pads make it easier to level the machine accurately.

Option

Servo Motor: AC Panasonic Servo motor for more smooth motion and triple working speed,and they require no regular maintenance.
